Location is perfect for seeing attractions nearby. The kids' club was a nice touch for families. Valet service is slow, and the elevators can take a while during busy times. Room was clean but in need of updates.

Location is a big plus. We loved having easy access to attractions. The kids' club was a nice touch for families. The elevators were a hassle. We waited too long during peak times.

The staff treated us like family, especially Ms. Shelly, who made my husband's birthday unforgettable! Our room was clean, fresh, and had the best city views from the balcony. Plus, the location is perfect with great restaurants and attractions just a stroll away!
can recommend 🤗❤️

The hotel's fantastic proximity to attractions made my weekend strolls absolutely delightful, with Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium just a leisurely 10-minute walk away, and the State Farm Arena only a short 15-minute walk, perfect for catching a concert or event; the staff offered a warm welcome and provided great service, plus the room amenities were comfortable and pleasant, making my stay enjoyable overall, but I did notice some areas of the hotel could use a little upkeeping.

Parking was a hassle with the long lines. Kids' club activities were a hit with my children!

We had a rough time checking in. Our keys didn't work, and instead of quick help, we ended up waiting far too long. Finally, we had to change rooms, which totally threw off our schedule before an important event.

Location is unbeatable, with everything just a short walk away, including the conference venue and eateries. the room was subpar, featuring mold on the wall and poor water pressure. I appreciated the pleasant check-in staff who handled my tricky bookings, but the valet service left much to be desired, taking forever to retrieve my car. Dinner was a highlight, but unexpected issues, like a dirty bathtub and fading Wi-Fi, made the stay frustrating. The hotel's potential is overshadowed by its need for upgrades and better maintenance practices. A mixed bag for sure.

The view from my room is stunning. The location is perfect, close to many attractions and easy to navigate around.
My room felt a bit stuck in a time machine.

The hotel is close to Mercedes, Benz Stadium with tasty comfort food. They arrange tours at the Coca, Cola museum. The location to the Georgia Aquarium is jaw, dropping. The staff kindly organized a romantic setup with wine and chocolates.
Yep, because who needs complimentary water at check, in? .

Convenient location next to the trade show. Ms. Shelly, the concierge, deserves accolades for making my husband’s birthday truly special. Thoughtful touches like a chocolate cake, macaroons, and a handwritten card made our celebration memorable. Check-in was smooth and the room in the South Tower was exceptionally clean, with a breathtaking city view. Staff was consistently friendly, from housekeeping to valet. service at the sports bar fell short. Our server vanished, leaving us without water refills. The lack of complimentary water service was surprising, especially after spending over $320 a night. connectivity issues with Wi-Fi need urgent attention. Elevators were also an inconvenience during peak times. This stay had highs and lows; improvement needed in service consistency.

The Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park offers an unbeatable location that's perfect for events like concerts at Mercedes Benz Stadium. The staff showed exceptional care, even stopping traffic to help us return safely. The hotel is clean and has convenient dining options. Highly recommend!

The room was comfortable, but the bed was too soft for my liking, leading to some body aches. I appreciated the floor-to-ceiling windows with a stunning view of Centennial Park. Temperature control was effective; I enjoyed hot showers. The room was generally clean, though housekeeping skipped our room once. The WiFi had interruptions, contributing to frustrations. The layout was confusing, and the number of working elevators was insufficient during the busy convention weekend. the proximity to attractions and the vibrant atmosphere made it a pleasant stay. Despite a few hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Great location near everything that matters. The staff were friendly and helped with anything we needed.
It wasn't cheap, but worth it for the service.

Great location for attending conventions at the nearby center. The check, in process was smooth and fast, even with a large influx of guests. Convenient access between towers made it easy to get around. The on, site restaurant was a lifesaver after a busy event, providing a hassle, free dining option within the property.
The valet parking experience was disappointing with confusion and delays in retrieving vehicles. The hotel seemed outdated with slow reception service and lack of modern amenities like complimentary WiFi and daily water bottles.

The centrally, located hotel puts within walking distance of Atlanta's must, see attractions, including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca, Cola. The accessibility to these iconic sites made our family trip both convenient and full of adventure.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid, friendly amenities available, like a children's activity area.

Had a blast with friends exploring the World of Coca, Cola and Georgia Aquarium nearby, got hyped at the College Football Hall of Fame, and jammed out at City Winery. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to all these hotspots – living the dream!
Could use a cooler hangout spot for us young folks, like a rooftop bar or trendy nightclub on, site for those late, night vibes.

Had a great time over Easter weekend! The hotel is super close to the stadium, which was perfect for the concert we attended. The staff, especially Shelly and DeAngelo, were top-notch – they really made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Plus, the room had a stunning view and a fantastic functioning shower, which was a pleasant surprise. Being able to walk easily to nearby restaurants and the world congress center indoors was a major convenience.
On the downside, cleanliness wasn't the best – we found the bathroom still dirty upon our return. Plus, the balcony was littered with trash in our room, and the replacement room had mold on the ceiling.

One thing that stood out to us was the lack of ironing facilities in the room. It would have been convenient to have this essential item readily available for keeping our clothes wrinkle, free. The heating and air conditioning in the room were a bit tricky to control, as the temperature seemed to fluctuate frequently, making it hard to find a comfortable setting throughout the night. Although the room did not offer tea and coffee facilities, we were able to enjoy a nice terrace with garden furniture, which provided a lovely outdoor space to relax. We were disappointed to discover that there was paid Wi, Fi in the rooms, as we believe this should be a complimentary service offered to guests for convenience. The bathroom amenities were standard, with free toiletries provided. we found the absence of an AM/FM alarm clock or a flat, screen TV in the room to be a bit outdated compared to other hotels in the area. the room service was prompt and efficient, and the option for dry cleaning services was convenient for travelers needing to freshen up their clothes. Housekeeping did a good job maintaining cleanliness, although we felt that the overall upkeep of the property could have been better, especially in common areas like the lobby and hallways. Valet parking was available, but we found it to be quite expensive, adding to the overall cost of our stay. While we did not receive a welcome drink upon arrival, we appreciated the friendly staff members who were helpful and accommodating throughout our time at the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! As a solo traveler, all of my requests were met, including a top floor room, birthday surprises, and a late check-out. The hotel itself is lovely and centrally located, making it easy to explore everything Atlanta has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and I felt well taken care of throughout my entire trip. The restaurant staff, especially Diamond and Jeff, provided top-notch service, while the manager, Sam, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I had a fantastic experience.
The high parking fee of $110 for my vehicle. This was quite expensive compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

The room was very clean and it wasn't too packed or hard to navigate the hotel. The staff were always there to help when there was a problem and were always very kind. They always seemed to be in a good mood and happy to help. The location was alright, however, people having a bong circle outside the locked hotel doors weren't the best to run into. I had a satisfactory experience at Omni.
